Applying for Church Affiliation with Zion Fellowship International
We are glad your church is considering affiliating with Zion Fellowship. If you are not familiar with any of our Zion Fellowship churches or ministers or teachers, we encourage you to contact our office to discuss your desire to affiliate. You are welcome to contact us at (607) 565-2801 x210.
If you are already familiar with the ministry of Zion Fellowship and your church is prepared to apply for Church Affiliation:

Download the Church Affiliation Application here: Church Affiliation Downloads
- Print the Application.
- Read and review the ZFI Statement of Faith with your church directors.

Complete the Application in its entirety, including required signatures and requested documents.

Postal mail the Application and documents with the US$100 Application Fee to the address shown on the Application.
If your church would like to pay the US$100 Application fee online, please use the Donate to Zion Fellowship link and in the memo, indicate "Church Affiliation Application".
Renewing your Church Affiliation
Login using your Church Affiliation login email and password.
Click "View Profile" at left.
1. Refer to the renewal instructions sent to you by zfcredaffl@gmail.com.
2. Complete the questions related to your renewal.
3. Pay the Church Affiliation Renewal fee.
You have several methods to choose from:
- Pay online by credit card.
OR
- Postal mail a bank check or church check for the US$50 fee using postal mail.
